If you purchased items as a guest before July 2017, your orders must be attached to an account before you can download the item again.

The following steps will walk you through attaching guest orders to your account.

Step 1:

Sign in or create an account.

Step 2:

Go to the order attacher tool and enter the PayPal account email address used at checkout. The email address you enter must be exactly the same as the one associated with your PayPal account at the time the orders were placed. The order attacher tool will send you an email with attach links for any orders it finds.

If you do not receive an email, please contact support for assistance.

Step 3:

While signed into your account, click on the attach links in the email sent by the order attacher tool. Once the orders are attached to your account, they will be found on the purchase history page.
